Park of Sciences and Technology in Lublin

Business park located in the open with leisure facilities is the matter of Centrala's proposition for the city of Lublin. The layout starts with "entrepreneurial incubator" - it's "slots" are supposed to fill up with time with separate investments. Its structure is designed with the idea to avoid risk of discontinuity, which economic ups and downs could imprint on the terrain's development.

This evolutionary form is shaped in two parallel stripes of land for construction reminiscent of a bar code: black stripe (construction site) would reflect financial capability of the investor - not the stiff abstract division of the land's vendor.
