Dido’s Blanket is a proposition of micro-architecture to stimulate a meeting—up to 14 people at a time.

Dido and her settlers escaped through Cyprus to North Africa, where she asked the Berber King if they could seek temporary refuge; Dido promised to occupy only as much land as would be covered by an oxhide. Amused by the proposition, they agreed. Dido cut the oxhide into fine strips, so that she had enough to encircle a nearby hill, which was afterwards named Carthage. CENTRALA wanted to create minimalistic architecture covering the common area to use for a meeting.
